　　本報杭州2月25日訊　　記者 陳文文 通訊員 何雙伶　　“我還記得在上海世博會上‘智慧旅遊’的初次體驗。”時隔四年，24小時迷你倉潘麗文回憶起當時驚覺神奇的一幕：掏出手機，輕輕一刷，手機上就會收到熱門場館的排隊信息。園區信息亭內的互動觸摸屏上，園區、場館和城市的各類服務信息應有盡有。　　夢想照進現實的速度很快。今年春節，她帶著全家去紹興玩，一隻手機搞定車票、酒店、門票、攻略，甚至租車、下單買伴手禮、結算住宿費用也在手機上完成。“現在出門旅遊，只要有手機有網絡，基本上可以安排所有的事情。”　　2014年，國家旅遊局第一次將“智慧旅遊”確定為全年主題。“旅遊部門早在2011年就有這個想法，而今，時機慢慢成熟，因為移動互聯網在生活中應用越來越廣泛。”一位業內人士稱。　　體驗“觸摸游”　　一下火車，你要做的第一件事不是購買地圖，而是掏出手機下載旅遊客戶端，像ATM取款機一樣，遍佈城市的“旅遊地理信息系統”為遊客提供了交通路況、景區客流、在線支付、迷路糾正等實時信息。　　“這些信息會迅速拉近你和這座城市的距離。”潘麗文告訴記者，“過去一年，我去過的地方，都是說走就走的旅行。”她的體驗，完全是一個“智慧旅遊”式的。　　“智慧旅遊”是一個熟悉而陌生的概念。在“智慧城市”映入眼簾的幾年後，我們看到了“智慧旅遊”。“兩者差別並不大。”業內人士稱，“智慧旅遊”就是利用移動雲計算、互聯網等新技術，借助手機等移動互聯網設備，主動感知旅遊相關信息，並及時安排和調整旅遊計劃。簡單地說，就是遊客與網絡實時互動，讓游程安排進入“觸摸時代”。　　潘麗文在紹興的行程是這樣的：“紹興古城”有一個強大的微信，掃了二維碼進去之後，凡你身處古城任何一處，微信地圖會告訴你身處何方，附近有何景點，門票價格多少，餐飲點在哪個方位，洗手間又在哪裡……“同時還有即時景點介紹，風情典故一一俱全，供你判斷抉擇。”紹興古城的這個微信旅遊地圖還提供購物店介紹、紹興土特產信息等等。　　“除了整個行程在不停地看手機點手機，其他感受都很好。”潘麗文對這次旅行打滿分。　　潘麗文的選擇絕不是少數。今年春節黃金周，旅遊最大亮點之一來自手機客戶端更大程度的普及。攜程網消息，今年春節門票預訂量增長近8倍成為“史上最強黃金周”，來自手機APP的無線訂單占比首次超過五成。布拉旅行APP也宣稱，相比去年春節，手機客戶端的預訂人數增長超過100倍。旅遊者通過手機客戶端預訂的產品類型，人氣從高到低依次是門票、租車、自由行、當地游、團隊游等。　　大數據助游　　“到了景區，只見人流不見風景。”這是大部分遊客在“黃金周”出行的經歷。靠“智慧”，旅遊就沒那麼“痛苦”。　　在省旅遊局，迷你倉旺角者見到了遊客流量動態監控系統上的普陀山景區。“梵音洞”上有一個圖像箭頭，上面標示著實時監控人數、飽和人數以及承載量狀態。“景區管理人員從電腦屏幕上很快得知實時數據，並採取相應措施。”旅遊局的一位工作人員稱，“這個動態監控系統基於移動網絡定位、門禁實時出入園統計，引導多功能、多層次，快速、高效的遊客流動。”　　2013年10月3日下午，溪口雪竇山景區遊客達到最大承載量時，景區馬上採取了暫停遊客上山措施，通過信息預警發佈、工作人員引導等措施，防止了山上景區出現擁堵亂現象。　　不僅是景區“智慧”起來了，飯店同樣可以招攬到很高的人氣。“景區和飯店其實採用的都是大數據分析管理，飯店對用過餐的客人們進行口味的記錄，消費習慣的分析等，一樣能提升服務的智能程度，招攬到不少回頭客。”　　“智慧旅遊”要做的，不僅是“一卡玩遍、一機玩轉、一鍵辦完”，更為重要的是，探險旅遊者遇險時可通過終端迅速找到最近的避難所、急救站等，方便救援力量迅速確定遇險遊客位置，實施有效救援。“目前這一方面和以前相比有了很大進步，但和國外比仍有差距。”省旅遊局一位工作人員稱。　　謀變個性化　　“遊客在哪兒？”回答是，遊客在網上。　　越來越多的旅行社在這一波互聯網大潮中，感受到了危機。線下交易雖在進行，線上營銷也是動作頻頻。攜程龐大的交易額已讓國內�多旅行社岌岌可危。“很多旅行社企業老總很焦慮，想做電子商務，但做了電子商務，沒幾個是成功的。”業內人士稱。　　指尖上的旅遊帶來的衝擊，旅行社過去依靠信息不對稱的盈利模式已被徹底顛覆。“網上隨便就能查到一個景點的門票價格，飯店價格，機票更不用說，太透明瞭。”杭州一位旅行社經理告訴記者，從去年開始，他們接了更多的“小包”團，轉做“私人定制”。“前期做好規劃，中期做好服務，後期做好跟蹤。也許未來的盈利模式就在數據採集和分析上，數據為王。”　　具有競爭性的是，能提供“私人定制”的不僅僅是旅行社，景區也同樣能做到。西溪濕地的一個工作人員告訴記者，景區為遊客制定專屬行程並不復雜。首先，用戶會在系統中選擇自己的旅行時間、遊玩天數、旅遊偏好幾個選項、酒店（可以設定星級標準）、交通（主要包括公共交通、步行與出租車）。其次，用戶需要確定遊玩景點。最後，系統將為遊客呈現圖形化的行程計劃，包括每一天的行程計劃、每一部分花費的時間、費用，更人性化的是，遊客還可以選擇通過PDF、郵件、打印的方式保存與分享攻略。在遊玩過程中，系統則可以自主導航、進行最優路徑規劃、根據定位提供導遊講解。　　“也許差異化競爭是眼前唯一的路。”對於指尖上帶來的這一衝擊波，杭州另一家旅行社老總給的答案很明確，“保姆式服務就是一個突破口。”mini storage

　　陳文文　　科技以人為本，文件倉所有的革新要人說“贊”，才是真的贊。　　智慧旅遊也是這樣。人們不關心一個城市的旅遊信息化框架是如何搭建的，卻無比在意手邊的一個APP或是手機地圖好不好用。　　旅遊信息技術的發展已給遊客體驗帶來了兩次變革。第一次變革叫“點菜服務”，其特徵是“有什麼，點什麼”。比如在網站上推出旅遊線路、度假產品、酒店機票比價搜索等，讓遊客比較、點評，然後選擇中意的線路出游。這比之前旅行社門店提供的信息量大很多，使遊客可選擇的餘地大很多。第二次變革叫“貼身服務”，其特徵是“要什麼，有什麼”。比如個性化定制服務、無線感知服務等。遊客可自定義旅遊線路，系統會自動生成相關產品；或是當遊客位於某一個景存倉，相關吃住行游購娛信息都會呈現在眼前。　　國家旅遊局在2011年提出，爭取用10年時間，在我國初步實現“智慧旅遊”，建成一批“智慧城市”“智慧景區”“智慧飯店”。普及速度一日千里的同時，各地大規模上馬“智慧旅遊”成效如何值得商榷，吐槽的空間不是沒有，記者曾不止一次看見景區碩大的電子顯示屏上介紹的內容，和牆上或者旅遊手冊上是雷同的。記得在台北故宮，同樣也有智慧講解儀，但是展品沒配太多文字，詳細資料都收錄在講解儀里，使用起來不會覺得有重複感。　　讓我們給“智慧旅遊”多一點時間吧。長城不是一日建成的。在建設智慧旅遊的過程中，多一點換位思考，多一點以人為本。當“懶人出行”真正實現時，我們的自由行該是多麼精彩。儲存

【本報訊】外界批評香港旅遊業近年太偏重內地旅客，迷你倉新蒲崗香港有機會主辦亞太區經濟合作組織（APEC）財政部長會議，本應是向外國政要以至一般旅客宣傳香港的大好機會，現在一切努力卻付諸流水。旅遊業議會主席胡兆英指出，會議取消在港舉行，對本地旅遊業界的直接收入影響不大，但卻錯失了一個提升香港國際知名度良機。立法會旅遊界議員姚思榮指出，會議本來可吸引大批外國傳媒來港採訪報道，現在會議移師北京，香港便失去了一個免費宣傳的機會。業界人士透露，據悉APEC財長會議約有二百多名海外內要員來港，預訂酒店工作仍在籌備中，未全部落實，故對相關酒店實際影響有限。胡兆英指出，類似的官式會議，出席官員較少帶同家眷隨行，帶來的旅遊經濟效益有限，但就有助香港提升知名度。政府應交代財政損失姚思榮表示，政府建議撥款六千萬元舉辦APEC財長會議，曾經引起部分迷你倉出租員質疑，但他卻全力支持，因為會議在港舉行有助提升香港的國際形象，吸引世界各地傳媒來港採訪報道，物有所值，現在會議取消在港舉行，失去了免費宣傳之效，亦會令外界揣猜為何會議改到其他地方舉行，是否真正關乎「佔中」等，政府有必要向外界再解釋清楚，以及向市民交代有否預訂酒店及場地方面的損失。對於有消息指會議臨時改期，香港找不到合適場地及足夠酒店房間取代，業界人士認為絕對有可能。姚思榮指出，香港會展場地供應一向緊張，大型及高級場地往往需要在一年多前預訂，尤其是一連數日的會議，難以在短時間內找到，而九、十月正好是展覽旺季，無論酒店及會展場地供應均特別緊張。香港會議展覽中心（管理）有限公司答覆本報查詢時表示，會展每年舉辦約一千二百個活動，當中超過一百個是經常性展覽，會展會按既定程序盡量編排申請。會展未有回應每年有多少宗場地申請被拒。迷你倉

沒有便捷的交通，mini storage卻引來了白酒、葡萄酒和高端飲用水企業進駐……位於廣西西北部的羅城�佬族自治縣是國家扶貧開發工作重點縣，也是典型的石漠化山區，石漠化現象嚴重。近年來這個貧困縣大力改善石漠化山區的環境，以好生態招來“金鳳凰”。記者近日在當地看到，不少石山披上了“綠裝”，從四把鎮前往懷群鎮，小河沿岸種植著成片的竹林，附近小山上種植著任豆、核桃等樹種，盡管仍有一些斑駁的石山凸顯出來，但放眼望去，石山已大片著綠。在懷群鎮倫洞村元蒙屯，村民們依山而居，冬日里村莊周圍仍滿眼著綠，河水清澈見底，村婦們在一旁搗衣，青山綠水交相輝映，空氣十分清新。當地村民說，不少遊客來此休閒旅遊，村民開起了農家旅館。在一些很難種植林木的石山，當地農民種起山野葡萄：一座座光禿禿石山上，搭起數千根水泥柱，綠中泛黃的毛葡萄葉順著水泥柱“爬”上石山，石山上較為稀薄的土層，被葡萄藤的根部緊緊“抓”住。“這些葡萄藤根部非常發達，能存活上百年，可有效防止水土流失。”羅城縣水果局局長吳宗立說。據悉，近年來羅城實施“綠滿八桂”造林綠化工程，2013年全縣完成造林4.3萬畝，獲得森林生態公益林補償面積112迷你倉畝。全縣森林覆蓋率達67.03%，森林蓄積量達1132萬立方米。好生態引來不少“金鳳凰”。廣西中源山泉、廣西寶之泉天然水公司、廣西中順天然山泉水公司等飲用水企業相繼落戶羅城，“九千萬”“納翁”“見力”等品牌天然泉水已進入北京、廣州、深圳、溫州等地市場。一家天然泉水企業的工作人員告訴記者，普通的一瓶500毫升的礦泉水售價只有2元，而在羅城多家企業生產的一瓶330毫升的高端泉水，售價達8至12元，這些企業正是依附羅城良好的自然環境打出的“生態牌”。一些白酒和葡萄酒企業也落戶羅城。勁牌集團在羅城投資天龍泉酒業有限公司，年生產能力達1萬噸，交納稅費1000多萬元；廣西中天領域酒業有限公司生產的葡萄酒更是以當地山野毛葡萄作為主要原料。在第十屆中國—東盟博覽會上，羅城簽約的有機農業綜合開發和納翁怡景旅遊綜合開發項目，項目總投資額達16億元。羅城縣委書記蔣向明說，近幾年羅城摒除“以GDP論英雄”的考核機制，對鄉鎮的績效考評重在考評改善民生、扶貧攻堅和生態保護，而生態環境的保護吸引了許多環保型企業進駐，包括林業、旅遊等產業得到了長足發展，既保護了環境，又推動了經濟發展。文件倉

面對房屋需求緊張，迷你倉社會有聲音加快公屋興建，奈何本澳土地有限。澳區全國政協委員吳小麗認為，加快落實“澳人澳地”及考慮澳門與橫琴合作發展，為居民提供更多居住選擇。吳小麗指出，現時房地產市場仍很不健康，樓價上升速度已遠超中等收入家團的承受力。雖說現在青年人就業容易，收入相較鄰近地區也不算低，但單靠工作收入無法承擔樓價。居住問題是重大民生問題，若處理不好將演變成社會問題，政府在房策上要結合本地實情，通盤考量，加快制訂更完善的房屋政策。土地資源緊缺令居住土地供應矛盾突出，隨著本地人口規模不斷增大，矛盾將更加明顯。土地問題是解決居住問題的關鍵，中央批准澳門填海造地三百五十公頃，政府要善用土地資源，加快落實“澳人澳地”政策，防止重蹈“無地建屋”的覆轍，借鏡周邊一些國家和地區的成功經驗，排除“不幹預自由市場”的壓力，切實解決夾self storage階層、尤其是青年家庭的居住問題，改善居住條件，全面落實“居有其所，安居樂業”的目標。居民現在對政府的房屋政策普遍缺乏信心，如政府完成“萬九公屋”後對公屋的發展缺乏具體長遠的規劃。吳小麗認為政府應結合“澳人澳地”政策的實施，加快公屋發展保障供應，以及推出限於本地市場流通的“澳人澳地”私樓，作出短中長遠規劃，如在現時私人市場極為不健康、私人樓宇供應不足，以及不影響公屋發展，五年內每年至少推出不同戶型的“澳人澳地”私人樓宇單位數字，挽回居民對政府房屋政策的信心，逐步解決居住問題。土地是制約澳門社會經濟發展的瓶頸，隨著澳門人口的不斷增加，這種矛盾將會更加突出。政府也應把握橫琴開發的契機，主動與廣東方面的合作，創造交通便利等條件，積極思考澳門的發展空間問題，如將來的居住、社會服務等方面的延伸問題，為居民爭取更多的選擇機會。迷利倉
