　　本報杭州2月25日訊　　記者 陳文文 通訊員 何雙伶　　“我還記得在上海世博會上‘智慧旅遊’的初次體驗。”時隔四年，24小時迷你倉潘麗文回憶起當時驚覺神奇的一幕：掏出手機，輕輕一刷，手機上就會收到熱門場館的排隊信息。園區信息亭內的互動觸摸屏上，園區、場館和城市的各類服務信息應有盡有。　　夢想照進現實的速度很快。今年春節，她帶著全家去紹興玩，一隻手機搞定車票、酒店、門票、攻略，甚至租車、下單買伴手禮、結算住宿費用也在手機上完成。“現在出門旅遊，只要有手機有網絡，基本上可以安排所有的事情。”　　2014年，國家旅遊局第一次將“智慧旅遊”確定為全年主題。“旅遊部門早在2011年就有這個想法，而今，時機慢慢成熟，因為移動互聯網在生活中應用越來越廣泛。”一位業內人士稱。　　體驗“觸摸游”　　一下火車，你要做的第一件事不是購買地圖，而是掏出手機下載旅遊客戶端，像ATM取款機一樣，遍佈城市的“旅遊地理信息系統”為遊客提供了交通路況、景區客流、在線支付、迷路糾正等實時信息。　　“這些信息會迅速拉近你和這座城市的距離。”潘麗文告訴記者，“過去一年，我去過的地方，都是說走就走的旅行。”她的體驗，完全是一個“智慧旅遊”式的。　　“智慧旅遊”是一個熟悉而陌生的概念。在“智慧城市”映入眼簾的幾年後，我們看到了“智慧旅遊”。“兩者差別並不大。”業內人士稱，“智慧旅遊”就是利用移動雲計算、互聯網等新技術，借助手機等移動互聯網設備，主動感知旅遊相關信息，並及時安排和調整旅遊計劃。簡單地說，就是遊客與網絡實時互動，讓游程安排進入“觸摸時代”。　　潘麗文在紹興的行程是這樣的：“紹興古城”有一個強大的微信，掃了二維碼進去之後，凡你身處古城任何一處，微信地圖會告訴你身處何方，附近有何景點，門票價格多少，餐飲點在哪個方位，洗手間又在哪裡……“同時還有即時景點介紹，風情典故一一俱全，供你判斷抉擇。”紹興古城的這個微信旅遊地圖還提供購物店介紹、紹興土特產信息等等。　　“除了整個行程在不停地看手機點手機，其他感受都很好。”潘麗文對這次旅行打滿分。　　潘麗文的選擇絕不是少數。今年春節黃金周，旅遊最大亮點之一來自手機客戶端更大程度的普及。攜程網消息，今年春節門票預訂量增長近8倍成為“史上最強黃金周”，來自手機APP的無線訂單占比首次超過五成。布拉旅行APP也宣稱，相比去年春節，手機客戶端的預訂人數增長超過100倍。旅遊者通過手機客戶端預訂的產品類型，人氣從高到低依次是門票、租車、自由行、當地游、團隊游等。　　大數據助游　　“到了景區，只見人流不見風景。”這是大部分遊客在“黃金周”出行的經歷。靠“智慧”，旅遊就沒那麼“痛苦”。　　在省旅遊局，迷你倉旺角者見到了遊客流量動態監控系統上的普陀山景區。“梵音洞”上有一個圖像箭頭，上面標示著實時監控人數、飽和人數以及承載量狀態。“景區管理人員從電腦屏幕上很快得知實時數據，並採取相應措施。”旅遊局的一位工作人員稱，“這個動態監控系統基於移動網絡定位、門禁實時出入園統計，引導多功能、多層次，快速、高效的遊客流動。”　　2013年10月3日下午，溪口雪竇山景區遊客達到最大承載量時，景區馬上採取了暫停遊客上山措施，通過信息預警發佈、工作人員引導等措施，防止了山上景區出現擁堵亂現象。　　不僅是景區“智慧”起來了，飯店同樣可以招攬到很高的人氣。“景區和飯店其實採用的都是大數據分析管理，飯店對用過餐的客人們進行口味的記錄，消費習慣的分析等，一樣能提升服務的智能程度，招攬到不少回頭客。”　　“智慧旅遊”要做的，不僅是“一卡玩遍、一機玩轉、一鍵辦完”，更為重要的是，探險旅遊者遇險時可通過終端迅速找到最近的避難所、急救站等，方便救援力量迅速確定遇險遊客位置，實施有效救援。“目前這一方面和以前相比有了很大進步，但和國外比仍有差距。”省旅遊局一位工作人員稱。　　謀變個性化　　“遊客在哪兒？”回答是，遊客在網上。　　越來越多的旅行社在這一波互聯網大潮中，感受到了危機。線下交易雖在進行，線上營銷也是動作頻頻。攜程龐大的交易額已讓國內�多旅行社岌岌可危。“很多旅行社企業老總很焦慮，想做電子商務，但做了電子商務，沒幾個是成功的。”業內人士稱。　　指尖上的旅遊帶來的衝擊，旅行社過去依靠信息不對稱的盈利模式已被徹底顛覆。“網上隨便就能查到一個景點的門票價格，飯店價格，機票更不用說，太透明瞭。”杭州一位旅行社經理告訴記者，從去年開始，他們接了更多的“小包”團，轉做“私人定制”。“前期做好規劃，中期做好服務，後期做好跟蹤。也許未來的盈利模式就在數據採集和分析上，數據為王。”　　具有競爭性的是，能提供“私人定制”的不僅僅是旅行社，景區也同樣能做到。西溪濕地的一個工作人員告訴記者，景區為遊客制定專屬行程並不復雜。首先，用戶會在系統中選擇自己的旅行時間、遊玩天數、旅遊偏好幾個選項、酒店（可以設定星級標準）、交通（主要包括公共交通、步行與出租車）。其次，用戶需要確定遊玩景點。最後，系統將為遊客呈現圖形化的行程計劃，包括每一天的行程計劃、每一部分花費的時間、費用，更人性化的是，遊客還可以選擇通過PDF、郵件、打印的方式保存與分享攻略。在遊玩過程中，系統則可以自主導航、進行最優路徑規劃、根據定位提供導遊講解。　　“也許差異化競爭是眼前唯一的路。”對於指尖上帶來的這一衝擊波，杭州另一家旅行社老總給的答案很明確，“保姆式服務就是一個突破口。”mini storage

南都訊 2014年廣州國際旅遊展覽會將于2月27日-3月1日在中國進出口商品交易會展館舉行。本屆展會劃分為國際旅遊暨會獎旅遊館、國內旅遊館和本地旅行社館三大展區。來自美國、英國、巴西、希臘、伊朗、馬來西亞、柬埔寨等國家和地區的企業已參展，24小時迷你倉國際參展比例有望突破60%。展會主賓國巴西為將主辦的2014年世界盃和2016年奧運會傾力造勢。廣州白雲機迷你倉旺角口岸“72小時過境免簽”等政策也推動了國內旅遊機構參展積極性。高鐵專區將首次亮相，智慧旅遊、高端旅遊等前沿主題也將在展會中占據重要位置。按相關規劃，廣東計劃建設並開通廈深、南廣、貴廣、深茂、韶贛、梅汕等多條高快速鐵路，並與珠三角城軌體系連接，形成全省兩小時工作生活圈，其將拉動“泛珠三角”發展。因此本屆展會將開設高鐵專區，展示更多高鐵沿線旅遊資源。mini storage
