Interior Cumberland and York counties could see between 0.25 and 0.5 inches of ice.Southern Penobscot and central Washington counties could see freezing rain that could accrue on objects to 0.5 to 0.75 inches, said Bogel.There is a freezing rain advisory for coastal areas of Washington and Hancock counties."We're expecting less in way of ice buildup along the coast," said Bogel.Areas near Kittery, Biddeford and Saco will likely see only rain and no ice, said Curtis.Bangor Hydro, Maine Public Service and Central Maine Power are keeping track of the storms and have crews on standby."We've put our storm response plan into motion, and we're watching the forecast closely," Gail Rice, spokeswoman for CMP, said on Friday. Think ahead and have a place to go [if there's an extended power loss]."Faloon also warned people to not move anything if a tree limb falls onto a power line.Those using electric generators are advised to follow the manufacturer's guidelines when operating them, and to make sure they're outside and downwind of their home."We're stressing that if people lose power and use generators, be careful of carbon monoxide. That's the most dangerous things in ice storms," said Curtis. "It's very tempting to throw in the garage, but it can make you very sick or even kill you."Rice advised people to have supplies of drinking water and non-perishable food in the event of a power outage. New beginnings and volunteer coordinator at CASA, Debbie Fischer, said the shelter counts on the presents each year to give to children who are staying at CASA during the holiday season."Right now we have nine children with us, between 8-months and 13-years-old," Fisher told the Democrat Thursday. "Santa is coming out to visit (Thursday night) and they'll be able to open two presents, then the rest are saved until Christmas morning."Fisher said she and the CASA staff especially love seeing the childrens' eyes light up at the sight of the wrapped presents, particularly since they're spending Christmas at CASA, not home."It can be difficult, being away from the home they know and staying here, but I think the presents help make it feel a little more normal," she said. "We couldn't do this without Community Santa and the wonderful volunteers who work so hard to put this on every year. 湖北日報訊 記者 饒揚燦 通訊員 葉相成“這水現在可直接喝了。”丹江口水庫上游黃龍湖漁民黃斌從湖中心舀起一瓢水就倒進嘴里。2003年12月30日，self storage南水北調中線工程破土動工。10年，在生態立市的戰略下，水源地十堰綠色創建的步伐緊鑼密鼓。森林面積1948萬畝，全省第一；城市建成區綠化覆蓋率位居全國園林城市第二，綠地率位居全國園林城市第三；擁有3個國家級自然保護區、6個國家級森林公園，居全省之最；城區空氣質量二級以上天數347天；所有集中飲水水源水質達標率100%……對一庫清水進行永久的綠色“保險”，十堰人十年創綠義無反顧。山地保綠丹江口市六里坪鎮馬家崗村2組庫區沿岸，秋冬植樹造林運動如火如荼；鄖十一級公路兩邊，工人們正對裸露山體進行客土噴播……深秋時節，記者驅車漢江沿線，但見複綠的山體層巒疊嶂，正在“化妝”的山體一派繁忙景象。“自2000年起，十堰就開始實施退耕還林工程，2009年通過了國家考核驗收，累計退耕造林216.1萬畝。其中坡耕地造林102.2萬畝，荒山造林113.9萬畝。”林業局長柯大成說。他介紹，2003年，十堰便開始治理裸露山體。2008年創衛工作正式�動後，十堰又採用客土噴播、掛土工網、爬栽植物等多種方式全方位治理裸露山體。“以前我們種過蘋果、柿子、辣椒等，都失敗了。後來改種茶葉獲得成功。”竹山縣得勝鎮八道關村的李貴勝說，市里的綠色基地工程讓他們找到了山清水秀致富路。2011年，十堰�動百萬畝茶葉基地、百萬畝中藥材基地、百萬畝核桃基地等綠色“百萬工程”，既致富，又能保護生態。“山地都綠了，水自然變清了，空氣也好了。”走在十堰百二河四季常青的岸堤邊，市民庹民理說。“雖然每年在城區有一些工業開山項目，但隨著植樹造林的不斷增加及農業綠特產業的興起，十堰近些年來森林覆蓋率一直在穩步增長。”農業局總農藝師張敏說。水質保清鄖西縣安家鄉神霧嶺村楊明香清楚地記得，15年前她家種了五六畝黃姜，收成不錯。後來迷利倉由於大量關閉黃姜加工廠，她改種核桃收益更好。黃姜曾是十堰的“黃金產業”，鄖西乃“黃姜之鄉”。但由於黃姜加工對水質影響非常大，十堰從2003年開始忍痛割愛，僅“十一五”期間就關閉黃姜加工企業69家。為了南水北調，十堰先後投入100多億元，關停329家汙染嚴重的企業，對160個汙染嚴重的擬建項目予以否決，完成治理項目300多個，整治排汙口800多個。環保局長馮安龍說，該市今年7月16日�動“清水行動”，對48家環境違法企業進行了處罰。但目前十堰仍有神定河、泗河、劍河、�河、官山河5條河水質未達標。一年來，這5條河治理已完成投資3.8億元，河道清淤57.7公里、470.05萬立方米；建設汙水收集管網160多公里，建人工濕地20多個。今年8月，環保局編制了《丹江口市庫區上游十堰控制單元不達標河流綜合治理方案》。11月29日，該方案在北京通過七部委組成的專家組評審。招商保優在鄖西，孤山電站、夾河關電站、風電及光伏發電等一系列水電能源項目建設如火如荼展開。與此同時，鄖西大批重大項目因“環保問題”被拒之門外。其中，有36家生產工藝落後、環保不達標的水泥、建材、黃姜生產和黃金開采企業被關閉。“從招商引資到招商選資，體現的是水源地人民的情懷及發展理念的轉變。”鄖西縣委書記胡俟說。“作為水源地，我們招商把握綠色方向，渲染的是綠色基調！”招商局長張悍聲說，“7月29日，在北京承辦的‘飲水思源十堰行’活動中，十堰以綠色作為主旋律，展示的既是十堰形象，又是十堰資源。”目前年產值可達20億元的農夫山泉，是十堰招商保優的早期例證。早在2003年，丹江口就引來農夫山泉。隨後，圍繞水資源水產品做文章，已引來10余家無汙染的知名水產品企業。近年來，十堰立足市情，注重環境保護、生態建設，實施轉型發展戰略，形成了“一主四大（以汽車產業為主導，發展旅遊、水電、生物醫藥、農業特色等產業）”產業集群，經濟結構進一步優化，綠色可持續發展後勁明顯增強。迷你倉

近年來墾丁旅遊人數增加，迷你倉對當地生物和環境造成衝擊，墾丁國家公園管理處建置了墾丁海域「長期生態研究」及「近海海域水質即時連續監測」計畫，希望了解海域長期環境與生態現象，保育珍貴的珊瑚資源。由於全球暖化使海水溫度普遍升高，造成區域性大規模的珊瑚白化與異常現象。墾丁海域歷年來受到各式人為破壞或自然因素，都對海洋生態造成影響，墾丁珊瑚礁也面臨危機。行政院國科會與各大學、研究機構、墾管處因此建置了墾丁海域「長期生態研究」及「近海海域水質即時連續監測」計畫，其中即時連續監測計畫是參考美國迷你倉樂器家海洋暨大氣總署的「珊瑚礁早期預警系統」判斷標準，計算墾丁海域珊瑚白化閥值。不過研究顯示，墾丁海域於2010與2011年夏季，溫度連續超過白化閥值1至2℃，且持續1至2周，卻未發生明顯珊瑚白化現象，因此猜測可能是海域中的間歇性冷水湧升，調節了海水溫度，減少高溫效應，降低珊瑚白化機率。另外墾丁地區的珊瑚大量產卵，多發生在農曆3月或4月下旬，但正確發生時間仍令研究人員難以捉摸。研究也顯示，若3月下旬以前水溫偏低，珊瑚大量產卵就會延遲至4月，因此推測水溫是造成珊瑚大量產卵延遲的因子。迷你倉西貢

本報訊(記者李文亭)12月20日，mini storage記者從省紀委獲悉，按照省委開展黨的群�路線教育實踐活動落實問題整改的要求，經省委、省政府同意，我省在元旦春節期間開展公款送禮、公款吃喝、奢侈浪費專項整治工作，鞏固糾正“四風”成果，營造風清氣正的政治生態。此次專項整治工作的範圍為：全省各級黨的機關、人大機關、行政機關、政協機關、審判機關、檢察機關，工會、共青團、婦聯等人民團體和群�團體，國有企事業單位和金融機構。專項整治重點包括3個方面內容：在公款送禮方面，重點治理元旦春節期間用公款購買、印製、郵寄和贈送賀年卡、明信片、年曆等物品；用公款購買贈送煙花爆竹、煙酒、花卉、食品等年貨節 禮問題，慰問困難群�職工不在此限；違反國內公務接待管理規定，贈送禮金、有價證券、紀念品和土特產品等。在公款吃喝方面，重點治理的違規違紀行為包括：黨員幹部、公職人員接受可能直接影響或間接影響公正執行公務的宴請；上級機關、單位接受下級機關、單位、企業的宴請；各級機關部門、單位之間互相宴請；違反國內公務接待管理規定，超陪餐人數安排工作餐，提供魚翅、燕窩等高檔菜肴和用野生保護動物製作的菜肴，提供香煙和高檔酒水，使用私人會所、高消費餐飲場所；其迷你倉違反規定用公款大吃大喝行為。在奢侈浪費方面，重點治理年底突擊花錢；違反規定舉辦各類節慶和檢查評比達標活動，包括節會、慶典、表彰會、娛樂性晚會、聯誼聯歡會等；組織異地部門間沒有特別需要的一般性學習交流、考察調研，開展重複性考察，以各種名義和方式變相旅遊，違反規定到風景名勝區舉辦會議和活動；超標準接待，違反規定組織迎送活動和安排陪同、住宿、警衛和車輛，組織與公務活動無關的參觀，組織到營業性娛樂、健身場所活動，安排專場文藝演出，將休假、探親、旅遊等活動納入國內公務接待範圍，用公款報銷或者支付應由個人負擔的費用，以及其他違反接待經費管理規定的行為。省紀委負責人表示，專項整治中，將組成若干檢查組，對各地各部門進行不打招呼、不定時間、不定路線的明察暗訪，及時發現並糾正存在的突出問題；組織財務、審計人員和註冊會計師，對各地各部門各單位元旦春節期間公務接待、公務用車、維修、會議、培訓、節慶及檢查評比達標活動等經費的支出情況，進行財務重點檢查，堅決糾正和查處違法違規使用公款、年底突擊花錢等行為。要明確政策界限，區分公款吃喝等奢侈浪費行為與正常公務活動的政策界限，在堅決整治奢侈浪費行為的同時，保障公務活動正常開展。文件倉
