本報張掖訊(記者張學明)8月26日，迷你倉電影《家在水草豐茂的地方》在張掖市甘州區開機拍攝。《家在水草豐茂的地方》講述的是兩個裕固族少年在草原上尋找家的感人故事。劇組將在張掖國家濕地公園、張掖國家沙漠體育公園、張掖平山湖丹霞地質公園等景區進行取景拍攝。據悉，這部影片是繼《金色曼陀羅》之後，在張掖市取景拍攝的又一部電影，將集中展現當地獨具特色的人文歷史和自然景觀，為促進區域經濟發展和文化繁榮起到積極的促進作用。

　麵花就是將小麥麵粉發酵後，迷你倉價錢捏製成形態各異的人物、動植物等，它是一種麵食藝術，也是中華民族優秀文化傳統中的一種「飲食文化」。麵花流傳於主產小麥的地區，尤以陝西、河南、山東等地最盛。　那年去商洛出差時，路過山陽，有幸欣賞了當地的麵花藝術。山陽地處秦嶺南坡腹地，南北文化薈萃相交，人文歷史積澱濃厚，生態資源豐富，民情民風純樸，山巒綿延秀奇，河水穿城而過，獨特的地理位置和眾多歷史悠久的人文景觀，吸引了大批驢友頻頻光顧。而那街頭的麵花攤同樣吸引了遊客的目光。　在一個麵花攤前，只見一位年過半百的大嫂，將一塊死巴巴的麵糰抓到手裡一捏弄，頓時，這塊麵糰彷彿注入了靈氣，立即變得鮮活生動起來。一會兒是飛禽，一會兒是走獸，一會兒是瓜果，一會兒是人物……看得人們都驚呆了，紛紛叫好。忍不住想用手去觸一觸、摸一摸，看看這些「小精靈」們是真是假、是虛是幻……且慢，這只是表演，麵花可不僅僅是耐看的藝術品，更是能享用的美食。　在另一個攤點前，我們不但欣賞到了麵花淋漓盡致的製作，而且品嚐到了它那獨特的風味。攤主是一位年屆六旬的老人，據說製作麵花已經50年了，是當地的麵花能手。雖然她說歲月不饒人，眼手沒有以前好使了，可是當她為我們展示麵花的製作手藝時，那嫻熟的手法、利落的動作仍令我們眼花繚亂、大為歎服。製作麵花，除了和好的麵糰，還要有相應的工具，現場我們看到一大堆製作麵花的工具：剪刀、鑷子、梳子、湯匙、筆帽、瓶蓋、各種或直或彎的鐵皮等等。這些工具都很普通，但到了老人的手上，似乎被賦予某種魔力一般。只見老人隨手捏起一點麵，隨意地揉一揉，搓一搓，在手掌的揉捏之間，一個個動物的雛形便已形成。她再用木梳在上面壓出鳥兒的羽毛，用剪刀鉸開小魚、小鳥的嘴巴，用湯匙按出魚或龍的鱗片，呆板的麵糰便在瞬時間改頭換面。隨後放到鍋裡去蒸，出鍋後，老人用各色的可食用染料給麵花點染，這些造型各異的麵花瞬間變得栩栩如生，十分惹人喜愛。接著，老人又給我們展示了油炸麵花，即把麵劑捏塑成各種形狀塗上顏色後，放進油鍋炸熟。不管是蒸熟的麵花，還是油炸的麵花，吃起來都很香甜可口，因為這裡的麵花是用上等麥麵摻和雞蛋、香油、調料揉合而成的。加上精湛的工藝，形成一種好看、好玩、好吃人見人愛魅力無窮的山陽麵花。　我國麵花藝術的歷史源遠流長，最早可追溯到西周時期。到了唐代，陝西的麵花已經發展到了迷你倉峰，並且開始出現在一些大型宴會中。據《陝西烹飪大典》記載，唐中宗時宰相韋巨源「燒尾宴」中的「素蒸音聲部」，就是一組用麵糰捏塑造型，經蒸製而成的麵花。其造型是將麵糰分為70份，共捏成70個美如仙女的麵人，有手持不同的樂器、吹拉彈唱的樂妓，有身著舞衣、翩翩起舞的歌舞妓，上席時按樂舞演奏的章法安放各自位置，組成一個大型的樂舞場面，讓赴宴的賓客觀賞品鑒之後，再下筷一個一個吃掉。這種麵花已達到一個十分優雅的境界。朝廷達官貴人的生活裡有麵花，民間普通老百姓的生活裡也有麵花。《大典》裡還記錄了商洛山陽一帶農村，每年的農曆正月，為了祈禱來年的糧食豐收，便用麵粉做成各種麵食品，稱為「果食」，「花樣奇巧百端」，相互贈送，並將這些麵食品掛在田間、地頭，以犒勞天地之神。這些麵花寓意豐富、形狀各異、姿態萬千，有的富麗堂皇，有的潔白如玉，飛禽走獸、花鳥魚蟲、歷史人物、民間傳說，均在勤勞的農婦巧手中變成栩栩如生的麵花藝術品。　山陽縣是一個農業大縣，盛產小麥，當地人崇尚傳統文化，由此產生了「麵食文化」，「麵花」即是「麵食文化」的驕子。每逢四時八節、孩兒滿月、老人做壽或是紅白喜事，山陽人必做麵花，捏出人物、動物、花鳥、繪上食品顏料，細膩生動，五色生輝。　 山陽麵花不僅歷史悠遠，工藝精湛，花式品種繁多，而且製作方法與其它地區也不盡相同。如：供節日親友客人招待茶點及小孩日常零食。一般製作是用花椒水和麵，剪成松、竹、梅、蘭、菊等花葉形象，用油炸熟。過生日祝壽、喪事祭靈，一般按蒸饅頭程序做，麵發酵揉光滑後，用剪刀、梳子或其它印模模塑成各種動物形象，蒸熟後按不同用途點顏色。給老人祝壽做成福壽蟠桃、五福捧壽、麻姑獻麵等。給小孩過生日做成活潑的小動物、鯉魚、兔子、麻雀、蝴蝶等。供獻祭靈多做成金童、玉女、牛頭、馬面、盤龍、臥虎等。玩賞獻祭，則一般做法近似錁子，花色主要有仙桃、石榴、玫瑰、海棠、牡丹等，不同的是每個麵花下插一竹扦，隨風飄動，供人玩賞。　山陽麵花作為傳統民俗文化，一度時期，隨著社會的發展、人民生活水平的提高，曾漸漸遠離人們視線，失去了它本身的價值。但隨著山陽作為旅遊城市的興起，以及人們對非物質文化遺產保護意識的提高，山陽麵花又重新受到人們的重視，並進一步發揚光大。如今，這小小的山陽麵花，已成為山陽群眾增收的一個新產業，成為山陽旅遊業盛開的一朵奇葩。新蒲崗迷你倉
