前不久,自存倉有網友在微博上爆料,稱剛組建不久、投資過億的家具電商牛窩網疑似關門。而根據此前網絡宣傳資料獲悉,牛窩網得到國內大型行業財團的資金支持,總投資三億元,其目標是2年內成為國內家居電商第一平台。該網站成立時間距現在僅僅4個月時間。近年來,無數大規模電子商務網站的出現,及其日進鬥金的銷售額,仿佛給生存環境日趨惡劣的家具行業帶來了一線生機,如全友、紅蘋果、紅星美凱龍等各大家具品牌乃至家居流通大鱷都紛紛勇敢“觸電”。可電商這玩意還真不是什麼行業、什麼人都能玩得轉的。一方面,目前,電商產品主要是以低廉的價格取悅�多網民和消費者,因此,與實體店相比,利用電子商務平台出售家具常常會大打價格戰。事實上,目前,天貓商城、京東商城等電子商務平台的家具銷售情況並不樂觀,部分銷量較好的多是折扣產品。如美樂樂商務網站則是在迷你倉出全場2.8折優惠、包物流、送好禮的廣告後,才贏得了較多顧客。另一方面,相對於大部分日用品,家具存在體積大、運輸易折損、安裝專業性強等特點,使得家具電商的平台商和品牌商很難通過自建物流的方式完成商品的物流配送和安裝售後,而目前的物流公司也沒有專門針對家具商品的物流服務,網購家具往往要經歷十幾道中轉程序,這加劇了家具在運輸過程中磨損、丟失的風險。據業內人士透露,目前號稱在某電商平台上賣得好的幾大品牌,事實上家具的退貨率非常之高。或許,未來電子商務的發展趨勢無可避免,但傳統家具行業要想在電子商務領域贏得市場並非易事,在種種現實瓶頸問題得到妥善解決前,盲目“觸電”,最終迎來的可能是“身亡”結局。在家具行業和電子商務領域的雙重夾縫中,家具廠商要想生存下去必須付出巨大的努力,既要緊跟時代,又不可操之過急。□ 羅磊mini storage

強迫購物 再有導遊罰停牌
【記者陳素貞報道】香港旅遊業議會最近再裁定一名強迫旅客購物的導遊停牌一個月,mini storage一間違反一團一導遊規定的旅行社則被記罰十分,有關違規個案均在國家旅遊法本月一日生效前發生。消息人士指,即使一五年旅遊業監理局成立並取代旅議會監管業界的權力,違規者亦勿心存僥倖以為「前朝」未審理的違規個案將獲撤銷,有關個案是會自動轉交旅監局繼續審理。十多宗未審理旅議會最近裁定導遊朱英英去年強迫旅客購物及服務態度欠佳,暫停導遊證一個月,由本月十九日至下月十八日生效,朱未有提出上訴。另外,香港駿捷旅遊有限公司亦被裁定違反一團一導遊的規定,最近上訴失敗儲存被旅議會記罰十分。消息人士指出,仍有一批導遊涉違規的個案有待旅議會排期審理,單是下次審理已有十多宗個案,還有其他仍未排期的待處理個案。消息人士承認需要時間整理檔案,加上必須根據程序處理,導遊亦有權就裁決提出上訴,故部分個案審理逾年。但未審理的個案,不會因旅議會日後職權移交旅監管而自動結束檔案,相反旅監局會接收旅議會所有未完成的審理個案,而新成立的旅監局執法或會更嚴,違規個案或要面對更重的處罰。消息人士又提醒涉嫌違規導遊切勿企圖逃避審訊,因違規個案會被記錄在案,涉事導遊日後若向旅監局申領導遊牌照或旅行社牌照時,申請會受影響。迷你倉

東北沿邊開放開發叫人“想入非非”
分析人士指出,迷你倉在《黑龍江和內蒙古東北部地區沿邊開發開放規劃》發佈後,下一步或將加快推出遼寧、吉林兩省的沿邊地區開發開放規劃,促進區域協調發展,助推東北沿邊開放擴圍、升級。投資範圍涉及能源、木材深加工、物流、商貿、旅遊等多個領域據記者瞭解,目前國家多個部委密集調研並正制定《沿邊地區開放開發規劃》,推進重點邊境城鎮、口岸建設。消息人士透露,促進沿海、內陸、沿邊開放優勢互補的新政策有望在三中全會後出台。國家發改委副主任杜鷹表示,建設沿邊開發開放先行區的目的是先行先試,以點帶面,加速提高沿邊地區開放水平,真正形成全方位對外開放新格局。由此,眼下也成為了企業布局沿邊地區的最佳時機。培育區域開放高地2008年國際金融風暴後,我國對美國、歐盟等傳統貿易伙伴的出口額大幅下降,導致我國外貿增長存在較大壓力。在此背景下,“加快內地開放,提升沿邊開放水平,實現對內對外開放相互促進”成為我國政府開始嘗試調整外貿發展戰略。早在去年的中國共產黨的十八大報告也提出“創新開放模式,促進沿海內陸沿邊開放優勢互補,形成引領國際經濟合作和競爭的開放區域”,拉開了沿海、內陸、沿邊“三位一體”開放格局序幕。實際上,早在2010年新一輪西部大開發戰略提出,提升沿邊開放水平,積極建設廣西東興、雲南瑞麗、內蒙古滿洲里等重點開發開放試驗區。國務院批准的《實施方案》明確了三個試驗區的戰略定位。為進一步提升我國沿邊地區開放水平,2012年8月,國務院正式批復了廣西東興、雲南瑞麗、內蒙古滿洲里重點開發開放試驗區《實施方案》;加上此前國務院單獨批復的新疆喀什、霍爾果斯兩個特殊經濟開發區和吉林琿春國際合作示範區,這六個點共同構成了我國沿邊開發開放的先行區。國家發改委國土開發與地區經濟研究所所長肖金成參與過新疆沿邊經濟帶開發開放發展調研,據其介紹,由於邊境地區多為生態環境較為脆弱地區,應有所選擇地將一些重點地區即一些區位條件好、有一定發展基礎的重點邊境城市和城鎮培育成為新的經濟增長極,聚集產業和人口,帶動周邊地區的發展。肖金成舉例,這些地區可以選擇如新疆的霍爾果斯、喀什、雲南的瑞麗、廣西的龍州、內蒙古的滿洲里、黑龍江的烏蘇鎮、吉林的琿春等,生態環境條件較好,交通比較發達,在國家政策的支持下,通過招商引資,就能迅速發展起來,帶動邊疆地區發展。沿邊地區率先試行分析人士梳理各地規劃信息發現,區域發展的開放高地正在形成,主要圍繞我國邊境的東北部、北部的內蒙、西部的新疆以及西南的廣西、雲南展開。東北方面或深化內蒙古與俄羅斯、蒙古等國家的經貿合作與技術交流,發揮內引外聯的樞紐作用,打造“向北開放重要橋頭堡”。在西北方面,新疆方面則深化與中亞、西亞、南亞及歐洲國家的合作,加快與內地及周邊國家物流大通道建設,發揮上海合作組織作用,打造“向西開放門戶”。西南方面以廣西為核心,建設並完善與東盟合作平台,在中國-東盟自由貿易區中發揮更大作用,增強參與國際經濟合作和競爭的能力,打造“東盟合作高地”;深化大湄公河次區域合作,加強雲南與東南亞、南亞、印度洋沿岸國家合作,建設西南出海戰略通道,打造“向西南開放重要橋頭堡”。肖金成表示,沿邊地區多為經濟欠發達地區,近年來雖然整體經濟增長速度明顯加快,但仍難以成為經濟建設重心地區,發展相對滯後,也是對外往來互通的最大障礙。應加大對邊境城市和城鎮基礎設施的投資力度,支持這些城市和城鎮改善與國內外市場聯繫的交通運輸條件,特別是完善與省會城市的快速交通聯繫條件。有學者指出,沿邊地區開發首先要發揮先行先試的優勢,積極推進邊境管理、財稅金融管理、跨境合作、土地管理、行政及人才管理等體制機制創新,為加快發展提供有力保障。同時要拓展國際交流合作,提高對mini storage貿易水平,推進全方位、寬領域、多層次對外開放。另外,沿邊地區開發應該把基礎設施建設放在優先位置,加強國際綜合運輸通道、國際航運、國際物流體系、口岸設施、城市基礎設施建設。不可忽略的是還要加強生態建設和環境保護,加強資源集約節約利用,嚴格控制落後產能和低水平重複建設。業內人士認為,在實施區域發展戰略過程中,一個地區有可能既是先行先試區,又是邊境開放區、邊境貿易區、出口加工區等。各種名頭一應俱全,多種優惠政策重複疊加,容易出現類似區域經濟一體化過程中的“意大利麵條碗”現象,應極力避免。東北沿邊規劃待字“閨”中各地規劃信息顯示,沿邊地區開發開放格局逐漸浮出水面。內蒙古、東北三省將與俄羅斯、蒙古等國家加強經貿合作與技術交流,發揮內引外聯的樞紐作用,打造“向北開放重要橋頭堡”。2012年8月,國務院正式批復了內蒙古滿洲里重點開發開放試驗區《實施方案》;加上此前國務院單獨批復的吉林琿春國際合作示範區,東北沿邊的開放格局初步形成。9月23日,國家發改委發佈通知稱,為落實國家沿邊開放戰略和振興東北地區等老工業基地戰略,加快建成面向俄羅斯及東北亞開放的重要樞紐,發改委印發《黑龍江和內蒙古東北部地區沿邊開發開放規劃》。該規劃明確指出,到2020年,該區域對俄羅斯及東北亞沿邊開放重要的橋頭堡和樞紐站基本建成,成為全國沿邊地區重要經濟增長區域。分析人士指出,預計下一步國家將加快推出遼寧、吉林兩省的沿邊地區開發開放規劃,促進區域協調發展,助推東北沿邊開放擴圍、升級。中國社科院區域經濟研究專家徐逢賢表示,中俄兩國是合作伙伴關係,俄羅斯東部地區的能源資源豐富,我們東部的能源資源嚴重短缺,直觀地看,若在我國東北部沿邊擴大開放,來加速能源的引進,可以互補餘缺。毫無疑問,內蒙古滿洲里成為東北沿邊開放排頭兵。內蒙古自治區滿洲里市2012年被國務院批准為國家級沿邊重點開發開放試驗區。只有30多萬人口的滿洲里市,地處內蒙古呼倫貝爾西北端,交匯中俄蒙三國邊境,是我國環渤海港口通往俄羅斯等歐洲國家便捷、經濟的陸運大通道。數據顯示,2002年以來,中俄貿易每年60%以上陸路運輸量由滿洲里完成。來滿洲里投資的企業十分踴躍,類型涉及能源、木材深加工、物流、商貿、旅遊等多個領域。吉林琿春建圖們江國際合作示範區,加快對外開放。圖們江琿春國際合作示範區位於延邊朝鮮族自治州內,遙望日本海,與俄羅斯、朝鮮接壤,區域範圍約90平方公里,包括國際產業合作區、邊境貿易合作區、中朝琿春經濟合作區和中俄琿春經濟合作區等功能區。圖們江區域合作開發項目始于1992年,中、俄、朝、韓、蒙五國共同�動。自此,琿春成為中國對朝鮮、俄羅斯、蒙古的陸路重點口岸以及與朝鮮、俄羅斯共同建設的港口,在連通中朝、中俄以及中蒙的鐵路、公路跨國運輸大通道和綜合交通運輸網絡中發揮著重要作用。國務院于2012年5月正式批復設立“中國圖們江區域(琿春)國際合作示範區”,並發佈《關於支持中國圖們江區域(琿春)國際合作示範區建設的若干意見》。該《意見》對琿春示範區的功能定位是立足琿春市、依托長吉圖、面向東北亞、服務大東北,建設我國面向東北亞合作與開發開放的重要平台,東北亞地區重要的綜合交通運輸樞紐和商貿物流中心,發展成為我國東北地區重要的經濟增長極和圖們江區域合作開發橋頭堡。“琿春示範區建設未來必須以長吉圖產業基礎為依托,以推動琿春開發開放為目標,大力發展與朝鮮、俄羅斯、日本、韓國、蒙古等東北亞國家以及港澳台地區的經濟技術合作。”國家發改委區域經濟研究所所長肖金成此前告訴記者,只有這樣才能有利於探索我國擴大沿邊開發開放的新路徑,加快東北老工業基地振興步伐;同時進一步提升我國邊疆民族地區經濟社會發展水平。迷你倉

Frustrations continue with Affordable Care Act website
Source: Herald-Times, Bloomington, Ind.迷你倉Oct. 24--Area residents eager to shop for health insurance are growing increasingly frustrated by the cascade of computer problems that have marred the Oct. 1 rollout of the federally run Indiana online marketplace."I and my staff are hearing from a lot of people who are anxious and upset that the marketplace website is still not functioning," said Scott Stowers, regional manager of IU Health Bloomington Individual Solutions, which has 12 trained "navigators" ready and willing to help people enroll online. "They're unhappy that they can't sign up, and that they can't get specific information about how much their premiums and deductibles and co-pays would be."That frustration is reflective of what folks are feeling across the country about the problem-plagued website -- healthcare.gov -- billed as a user-friendly online marketplace where people can view a detailed menu of various health insurance plans and possible subsidies.A recent Associated Press-GfK poll found that just 7 percent of Americans say the unveiling of the marketplace has gone "very" or "extremely" well. It showed that of the 830 people who said they tried to log onto the marketplace site, 50 percent received a message asking them to "Wait: Try again later" and 38 percent said they received an "error" message.Software developers assigned to build the $300 million website anonymously told the Associated Press this week they'd expressed concern to the administration a year ago that the system was not ready due to deficiencies in its computer code and the design of the software meant to link key computer systems.President Barack Obama addressed the issue at a news conference Monday, saying there was "no excuse" for the bugs that have stymied the site. He said the product -- health insurance offered to uninsured Americans through the Affordable Care Act -- is good, but the delivery of that product to the public has been abysmal. He said technology experts from inside and outside the government are working round-the-clock to iron out the glitches.The administration has tweaked the home page so visitors can now view a phone number -- 800-318-2596 -- to call to apply. And they can now window shop for insurance rates without registering first. The White House said it has increased staffing at call centers by 50 percent, and is advising people to enroll by phone until the marketplace problems are resolved.Be patientBut Stowers said navigators are recommending people wait until the online marketplace is functional, even though that might not occur for several more weeks."I've been told by one of the marketplace representatives that the government's new target date for the marketplace to be自存倉fully functional is Nov. 18," Stowers said."So we are recommending that clients not enroll by phone, or by mailing in paper applications, because all roads will eventually lead to the marketplace website."Stowers said if you mail in a paper application, it would sit in a box until Nov. 18, when a government official would manually enter the data into health care.gov, and then you'd have to wait for the federal government to call you back with specific information about the various plans. Then you'd need to log onto the website and pick a plan. He said if you submit an application by phone you'll still have to log onto the website later and choose a plan.Because online applicants must submit more than 50 pieces of personal information, Stowers said now is a good time to be gathering documents on things like taxes and income."Once the website starts working, people can choose a plan and make their premium payment at that time," he said. "But if you've already sent it a paper application when you enroll online, it could create a duplicate application."Stowers said the eight navigators stationed at Individual Solutions at 413 S. Landmark Ave. (there are also two navigators each at IU Health Bedford Hospital and IU Health Paoli Hospital) had to postpone individual appointments with 40 clients last week."We have talked with people and kept them informed about what's going on with the marketplace," he said. "But so far, because of the problems with the website, we have not been able to help anyone enroll."Numbers elusiveWhite House officials say since Oct. 1 more than 476,000 applications have been filed through the 36 federally run and 16 state-run marketplaces, but so far have refused to say how many people have actually bought policies. Without those figures it's unclear whether the program is on track to reach the 7 million uninsured Americans projected by the Congressional Budget Office to gain coverage during the six-month sign up period. There are roughly 30 million Americans without insurance.The Affordable Care Act is counting on premiums from young, healthy people to help finance the program, but some experts fear the website glitches will cause the sign ups to fall, driving up premiums for everyone.If you are uninsured, you have until Dec. 15 to buy a plan and pay the first month's premium if you want it to go into effect Jan. 1, 2014. 記者石曉芳近三個交易日以來,創業板指連續下挫,累計跌幅達7.5%,迷你倉最平創業板近53倍的市盈率(按照10月24日最新統計數據)被認為缺乏可靠的業績支撐。可是,創業板的短暫下挫恐怕並不能給滾滾而來的互聯網革新潮流“潑涼水”,這一方面是因為從國際和國內看,互聯網領域開�的全新盈利模式令投資者振奮,對比傳統的藍籌股更讓人產生美好的憧憬;另外,創業板的股價表現對比起國際領域的同行,比如騰迅在香港聯交所和穀歌(google)在納斯達克的股價,簡直是“小巫見大巫”。穀歌股價站上1000美元10月23日,穀歌股價在納斯達克(Nasdaq)報收1031.41美元。上周五(10月18日),穀歌公司三季報出爐,由於三季度淨利潤增長36%,超出華爾街此前的預期,其當日股價大漲14%至1015.46美元,最終收報1011.41美元,當日創出了五年多來最大單日漲幅。自從2004年8月以85美元的價格上市以來,該股已經為投資人創造了巨額回報。按照23日收盤價計算,穀歌總市值為3434.80億美元(按照最新匯率,約折合2.107萬億元人民幣),雖然比起蘋果4769億美元(2.925萬億元人民幣)的市值相形見絀,但與目前我國創業板最高總市值1.540萬億元和總流通市值0.811萬億元人民幣(10月21日創業板市值為歷史最高)相比,仍然是“大鱷”級別的公司,創業板最高總流通市值僅占穀歌最新市值的38.5%,僅占蘋果公司最新市值的27.7%。也正因為差異巨大,多位機構人士認為,創業板中以互聯網科技和新媒體為首的成長股未來機會依然巨大。受此影響,在香港上市的騰訊控股也于10月21日創出歷史新高,報收447港元。10月24日回落報收428.80港元,市盈率約49倍,市值為7973.23億港元(按照最新匯率,約合6308億元人民幣,約1028億美元),比起2004年6月上市時3.7港元的發行價,暴漲115倍。而騰訊逾千億美元的估值也正是阿里巴巴上市要爭取的目標。全球擁抱移動互聯網時代移動互聯網時代的到來正在激起資本市場新一輪的熱情。比如,繼全球最大的社交網站Facebook去年上市後,全球最大的社交媒體Twitter也將在近期登陸華爾街股市。另外,雖然登陸港交所計劃擱淺,但是阿里巴巴集團周一稱,紐約證券交易所和納迷你倉達克市場都已表示,如果該集團在這兩個交易所中擇一進行IPO,則集團創始人和高級管理團隊將可獲得董事會的控制權。業內稱,假如阿里巴巴最終赴美上市,其IPO交易可與Twitter相比,均為多年以來最受關注的美國市場IPO,預計紐約證券交易所和納斯達克將為此展開激烈競爭。此前曾有消息人士透露,阿里巴巴集團可能尋求籌集最多100億美元資金,總市值將接近1000億美元,也就是與騰訊當前在港交所的估值相當。根據工信部的數據,截至今年7月底,我國的移動互聯網用戶規模已經達到8.2 億戶。移動通信和互聯網已成為當今世界發展最快、市場潛力最大、前景最誘人的兩大業務,究竟能創造多大的經濟神話雖然尚未可知,但巨大的用戶量決定了一旦開發出成熟確定的盈利模式,其業務前景是無限光明的。創業板缺乏“領袖型”公司A股的上市程序複雜、門檻較高,一度造成了騰訊等科技企業轉戰外圍資本市場。國內IPO的暫停更促成了那些急於上市融資的科技企業紛紛走出國門。如生活服務平台———58同城近日向美國證券交易委員會(SEC)遞交了更新後的招股說明書,將于10月31日在紐交所掛牌上市。另據報道,我國本地生活消費平台———大�點評網計劃在五年內上市,大�點評網擁有7500萬月活躍用戶,超過2800萬條評論,涵蓋2300座城市。其創始人兼CEO張濤近日在接受採訪時稱,公司傾向于在美國上市。這些國內知名網站一旦“出走”,無疑是我國資本市場的重大損失。現在移動互聯網尚處於孕育期,成熟的盈利模式正在形成,但尚不成熟,在這個過程中通過激烈競爭可能產生新一批的藍籌公司。也就是說我國創業板市場的發展面臨難得的資源供給極其豐富的時期。一旦類似穀歌或是騰訊之類的公司勝出,他們就會為投資者創造出難以置信的回報。今年以來創業板連續暴漲一方面是由於科技股熱潮席卷全球,另外也是由於我國的創業板整體規模較小,易于控制,所以容易被資金操縱暴漲暴跌。如果沒有幾家具備強大號召力的“領袖型”公司為創業板壓陣,創業板的上漲就很容易被鄙視成“群魔亂舞”,始終無法樹立起正面良好的高風險高回報形象。所以,創業板今後的發展關鍵還在於大批引入有潛力的優質公司,這樣才能在與國際各大交易所的競爭中逐漸壯大,成長為科技企業的搖籃。周四創業板市場總貌周四創業板流通市值前十名個股儲存

老人機整天不用照樣被扣聲訊費
新浪微博@YIWEI-CJW:在京東買了一部手機給老人使用。最近發現話費特別多,self storage網上查了一下發現裡面好多聲訊台的扣費。移動工作人員測試證實,該手機有內置吸費軟件,只要手機卡放在手機裡面,就會不知不覺把手機話費扣光直至停機。【記者追訪】昨日,博主余先生告訴記者,他去年在京東商城花199元網購了一部紐曼p16手機給家里老人用,今年6月以來手機莫名其妙多出了很多聲訊台的費用。余先生表示,家里從沒有人用手機打過聲訊台電話,通話記錄上也沒有。“我試過把手機放在桌上一天不動,第二天上網查話費詳單,又多了幾條聲訊台的扣費”。王先生提供的詳單手上 ,以12590開頭的業務項目幾乎每天都有1-2條,多集中在上午7時至9時,每條迷利倉費3-4元不等。余先生到移動營業廳咨詢,工作人員檢測後告訴他,手機中帶有吸費木馬軟件,建議他與手機廠家聯繫。昨日記者致電紐曼公司,工作人員稱公司絕對不可能在手機中惡意安裝吸費軟件,“但之前的確接到過一起類似的客戶投訴”。她建議余先生將購機發票和話費清單發送至紐曼客服郵箱,核實後將派人上門解決問題。記者採訪華為技術有限公司武漢研究所手機軟件工程師葛先生。他說:“像這種老人機是非智能手機,因中病毒導致自動撥打聲訊台的情況不太可能出現。”他表示,國內部分品牌手機的確會在出廠時就裝上這類軟件,用戶只能通過查詢話費詳單才能知道是否“中招”。他建議市民選擇信譽度高的手機品牌,一旦發現問題,可向信產部門投訴。 (見習記者劉嘉)迷你倉

Despite Russian production of apple juice is mainly based on domestic raw materials, a part of concentrates are also to be bought in other countries. The largest categories of products imported by Russia are apple and orange juices. The sections below contain information volumes of fruit and berries juices with different degree Brix reflecting product's concentration degree. As for fruit juices with Brix lower than 20 (lower than 30 - for grape juice), grapefruit and other citrus juices (except for orange) are imported in almost equal volumes. In 2012 1 *** and 1 **** tons were imported correspondingly. 6 301 tons and 6 629 tons of apple and orange juices were imported correspondingly. 《明鏡》揭竊聽德政府跟進
