If you're treating them the right way and you have the right approach, you should be getting better every day."The Packers would settle for Flynn being the same quarterback he was when he concluded their 2011 season by throwing six touchdown passes in a game against Detroit that meant nothing to Green Bay. Since then, Flynn was beaten out by ex-Badger Russell Wilson in Seattle and Terrelle Pryor in Oakland. He also spent a week in Buffalo this season.Though dogged by rumors of a damaged elbow, Flynn knows the Packers offense well, which is important since he joined the team Tuesday. He said the elbow affected him during training camp but is no longer an issue, that he "can perform and throw at 100 percent."Flynn said he has no regrets about anything that happened since he left Green Bay for big free agent dollars and a chance to start in Seattle."I feel like I worked my tail off everywhere I went, controlled what I could control and things just didn't work out," he said. "For whatever reason, things didn't work out the way I planned or saw in my head. But I feel like I'm still the same player I was when I left here."If he is, and if Tolzien can build on his Sunday performance, quarterback won't be the Packers' biggest concern against the Giants. "It hardly ever gets used."Like Zlevor, a rising number of UI students, staff and faculty are taking the path less driven on campus by choosing to walk, bike or bus. That shift in commuter habits is among several reasons behind a big decline in campus-issued parking tickets of late.Since 2001, when UI parking ticket numbers peaked on campus, total tickets written have plummeted from 120,265 for that year to 46,464 in the 2013 budget year that ended July 30. Officers also wrote 16,785 warnings last year, bringing the ticket and warning total to 63,249 -- down 47 percent from 2001.Parking officials cite several reasons for the steep decline, in addition to the shift in commuting habits on campus. The UI also has become more efficient in its enforcement efforts and upped fine amounts -- dissuading drivers from breaking the rules."We have to write parking violations to alter behavior," said Dave Ricketts, UI parking and transportation director.UI officials also have pushed for more driving alternatives and fewer metered spaces on campus, driving down citation numbers."Often times, expired meter violations are not committed deliberately -- it's an accident," Ricketts said. "So, where we can, we have taken that piece out of the equation."Ditching the metersThe UI has converted more than 1,000 of its previously metered parking spaces to spots in cashiered garages or gated lots. Some of the ramps and lots offer cashiered public parking and some require permits, but all of them make it more difficult to break the UI's parking rules, Ricketts said."We write a few tickets in parking structures, but they are rare," he said.Of the 15,669 parking spaces the UI currently enforces, only about 1,000 metered spaces remain, according to Ricketts. More than 10,750 spots are in prepaid and assigned lots or structures requiring permits.There was a time, Ricketts said, when meters represented 1/12 of the campus parking spaces and accounted for 60 percent of the violations. There is a range of reasons UI parking administrators have moved away from meters."But reducing an individual's chance of receiving a parking citation for an overtime meter is one important one," Ricketts said in a document summarizing the UI's meter conversions. "It also gives us much more flexibility in how we use the facility over time."The first large conversion occurred in 1988 when a 400-space lot at the current site of the Iowa Advanced Technology Labs just north of the Iowa Memorial Union was closed. The North Campus Parking ramp was constructed across the street with the same number of spaces -- 200 for employees and 200 for hourly parking.But this time the parking was cashiered instead of metered, Ricketts noted.Metered spots to the west of the campus library were converted to cashiered and permitted parking in 1990. And about 180 meters south of the Field House later were changed over to a cashiered facility that now holds 295 spaces.What began in 1990 as 360-some meters by the new Campus Recreation and Wellness Center were converted in August 2010 to a cashiered lot. And 200-some meters in the Newton Road area have been replaced by the 785-space Newton Road ramp.For the metered spaces that remain, Ricketts said, fines have increased and parking enforcement has improved -- further deterring drivers from breaking the rules, resulting in fewer tickets."We still use meters in smaller sites," Ricketts said. "But most of our large metered lots have been replaced with cashiering or by pay-stations."Ditching the carsUI senior Zlevor, an environmental science maj迷你倉r volunteering for the Office of Sustainability, said parking concerns don't actually factor much into her decision to leave her car at home."I'm usually thinking of being environmentally friendly, but there are economic impacts as well," she said. "Parking is definitely a tough thing in Iowa City."Zlevor said she thinks the community's new Zipcar program -- allowing users to rent a car for short periods of time -- and bicycling programs and promotions, such as those now included in freshmen orientation, have motivated more students to ditch their cars."I can see that tickets would be going down, given the fact that students are using alternative options more so now than we have in years past," she said.The UI Office of Sustainability tracks student vehicle use and reported in June that student long-term parking permits have dropped 34 percent since 2007, "reflecting a shift toward alternative transportation modes."Liz Christiansen, director of the UI Office of Sustainability, called that decline "impressive.""I think there is much more interest in alternative forms of transportation, and as support for those modes has increased, people have found it just as convenient to walk or bike as it is to bring a car," Christiansen said. "And, in many cases, it's less hassle and less cost."UI transportation heads are pursuing new ways to promote alternate commuting habits by looking at adding bicycle parking, for example, and by installing two bike repair stations on campus, Christiansen said.UI transportation leaders also recently applied for funding toward a bicycle share program that would plant three docking stations across campus, each housing 10 bikes available for short-term rent.That project could get funding in January.Ticket trendsWhen looking at all the parking tickets issued on the UI campus over the past three years, there are definite peak times of day and times of year for enforcement.Over the three year period, beginning with the 2011 budget year, UI officers issued the most tickets at 9 a.m., 11 a.m. and just before 4 p.m., according to a Gazette analysis of the data. The fines associated with last year's tickets totaled $789,101, according to UI parking data -- although not all tickets are final.In the last budget year, 3,684 citations were appealed, 2,919 of which were granted and reversed. And many more tickets -- 6,221 in the last budget year -- were cancelled for other reasons, such as when employees were ticketed for parking in hospital patient zones while at the UI Hospitals and Clinics in a patient capacity."The employee can fill out a cancellation form when they exit," UI parking and transportation director Ricketts said. "They don't have to go through the formal appeals process."In total, 9,140 of the total tickets issued on campus in the last budget year were annulled through appeals or through a cancellation avenue. 　　11 月，mini storage香港的葡萄酒界總是熱熱鬧鬧，又有美酒佳餚巡禮，又有會展的香港國際美酒展。　　太多的飯局、太多的講座，真的不知怎樣取捨，最後我選了由葡萄牙品酒師 Manuel Moreira 主講的 The Diversity of Wines of Portugal。　　原因？對葡萄牙有一點情意結，很想知道自從 2008 年訪葡萄牙後，近年有甚麼變化？當年只是 8 天的行程，已經去了葡萄牙數個主要的產區，包括 Vinho Verde、Douro、Bairrada、Alentejo、Ribatejo 和 Terras do Sado 等，想不到事隔數年，已有不少的變化。像 Ribatejo 變了 Tejo，Terras do Sado 變了 Peninsula de Setubal，Estremadura 變了 Lisboa，即是我們通常到葡萄牙的第一站：里斯本。還有 DOC（或 DOP）增至 31 個，以及 Vinho Regional 14 個區域性酒，又改名 IG（Geographical Indication）。這些級別對於純粹只是飲家來說，未免太複雜了，還是集中於葡萄酒本身吧！白酒較優勝　　那次在酒展的試酒會上，共試了 8 款酒，最深刻反而是白酒。打頭陣是來自 Vinho Verdes 區的氣泡酒 O Tal da Lixa, IG Minho，Quinta da Lixa 酒莊的出品。這區以出產輕柔、清爽的白酒著名，所以才得出 Green Wine 之名。氣泡酒是以 Charmat 方法釀self storage（非傳統釀製香檳的方法，在大槽發酵），屬 Extra-Dry 風格（14g/l 的餘糖），採用的葡萄對香港人來說很陌生 ─ Arinto 及 Avesso。　　Arinto 酸度高，就算在酷熱的生長環境，仍然可以保持其清爽的特徵，因此很適合用來做氣泡酒，在 Vinho Verde 還有另一名字 ─ Pederna。而 Avesso 據 Manuel 形容，沒有 Arinto 那麼芳香，但有層次。兩者混合起來，會感受到 Arinto 的蘋果及檸檬風味，收結悠長而帶礦物味。　　來自 Douro 的 Quinta de Porrias, 2011，則採用 Douro 最佳的白葡萄 ─ Rabigato 及 Codega do Larinho 的老葡萄樹釀製。Manuel 表示稱得上老葡萄樹，都起碼超過 80 年，得出來的白酒非常富草青味，濃郁之餘不乏果味。單一葡萄酒　　Manuel 說葡萄牙是 Masters of Blends，精於將不同葡萄混合釀製，事實上，當天的葡萄酒大部分都是這樣製成，除了一枝：Herdade Sao Miguel, Vinho Regional Alentejano, 2011，只單一用 Alicante Bouschet 釀製。近年葡萄牙酒的確多了單一葡萄的款式，而這個極愛炎熱天氣、曾在法國廣泛種植的葡萄，落戶葡萄牙，尤其是在 Alentejo，可以釀製成色澤佳、單寧及果味又不俗的紅酒。而這款 Sao Miguel 的出品，雖然酒精度達 15.8%，但一點也不覺火燙，凝煉而乾身。迷你倉

觸摸屏結構示意圖技術路線圖說明目前，迷你倉主流觸摸屏輕薄化方案包括OGS、On-cell、In-cell三種技術方案。OGS：將觸摸屏傳感器功能膜層直接製作在蓋板玻璃背面。On-cell：將觸摸屏傳感器功能膜層嵌入到顯示屏的彩色濾光片基板和偏光片之間。In-cell：將觸摸屏傳感器功能膜層嵌入到顯示屏的液晶像素中。證券時報記者 周少傑一場產能擴張大賽正在觸摸屏企業中悄然打響，“擴產”幾乎席卷整個行業。萊寶高科今年初完成了17.5億元再融資，投建重慶基地；超聲電子5月重�非公開發行事項，計劃募資8.5億元；長信科技6月推出4億元定增計劃，以股份收購下游觸摸模組廠家；歐菲光在年初完成14.5億元定增募資之後，時隔不足10個月再推40億元再融資方案；合力泰借殼聯合化工方案也在本月敲定，同時配套融資超3億元用于擴產。一系列的資本運作無不顯示出這些上市公司開疆拓土的野心。而觸摸屏行業當前的真實面貌卻是，多數廠家叫苦連天：“產能膨脹，產品跌價，毛利率下滑，幾乎沒錢賺。”“擴產是為下一輪行業起點做準備。”正如一位上市公司董事長所言，作為高科技企業，最大的壓力來自科技進步，“身處其中，我們只能不斷往前趕，哪怕比別人提早一步，也就是多過幾天舒服日子而已。”產能擴張進行時聯合化工日前公告江西合力泰借殼上市方案，這家虧損連連即將被*ST的化工公司將轉型觸摸屏製造廠商，股價隨即大漲。聯合化工向合力泰原股東文開福等以4.14元/股的價格增發6.69億股，以收購其所持有的合力泰100%股權。收購完成後，合力泰將成為聯合化工的全資子公司，而原控股股東文開福將持有聯合化工28.14%的股份，成為該上市公司的實際控制人。合力泰借殼上市的同時還拋出配套融資方案，向其他特定投資者增發9000萬股，融資3.73億元，用于合力泰投資建設觸摸屏和蓋板玻璃的產能。這兩個項目投資總額超過4億元，建設期一年半。建成後，合力泰將新增1800萬片無縫貼合觸顯一體化模組和7500萬片觸摸屏蓋板玻璃年生產能力。實際上，投資新生產線擴張產能的不止合力泰一家，幾乎整個觸摸屏行業都在擴產。今年來，多家觸摸屏上市公司�動再融資計劃，鉚足勁擴張產能。今年初，萊寶高科完成17.5億再融資，投建重慶基地一體化電容式觸摸屏（OGS）項目和一條AMOLED顯示面板試驗線。據萊寶高科高管透露，目前，重慶萊寶第五代OGS生產線已經達到可使用狀態。5月份，超聲電子重�融資額達8.5億元的定增事宜，計劃投建年產25萬平方米電容式觸摸屏，以及銅覆板相關項目。這起投資2011年開始籌劃，2012年一度因超聲電子股價低於增發底價而無疾而終，如今舊案重提，近日已上會。歐菲光年初完成14.53億元融資之後，今年10月再推40億元定增方案，計劃投建中大尺寸電容屏擴產和高像素攝像頭模組擴產項目。這些上市公司產能擴張的動力強勁。另一些實力較為雄厚的上市公司則開始利用資本市場進行並購重組，力圖垂直整合，打造全產業鏈的觸控屏幕生產廠商。6月份，上游觸控功能器件廠商長信科技也將並購之手伸向中游模組領域，增發市值約4.01億元的股份收購贛州德普特。完成收購之後，長信科技直接具備觸摸屏模組生產能力，成為產業鏈一體化的觸控廠商。宇順電子也在今年初完成4.15億元融資，用于中小尺寸電容式觸摸屏與超薄超強蓋板玻璃生產線建設兩項目。近期，該公司再推並購，收購從事中小尺寸液晶顯示器件生產的雅視科技。粗略統計，上市觸控廠商已完成和計劃中的募資總額就已超過90億元，而實際投資額將超過100億元。巨量投資無疑加劇產能膨脹，身處行業其中的人們沒能忘記，觸摸屏產業正處於激烈競爭的變局當中。擴產與業績背離“這是最好的時代，也是最壞的時代。”狄更斯在《雙城記》中的這句名言用來形容觸摸屏行業最合適不過了。行業龍頭萊寶高科已經連續利潤下滑，股價跌跌不休；而同城的新秀歐菲光經歷業績“耐克曲線”之後，股價風頭正勁。萊寶高科將業績不理想歸結于激烈的市場競爭。總經理李紹宗坦言，部分主要客戶業務向產業鏈上游延伸並加大自制比例，電容式觸摸屏產品來自原主要客戶的訂單量及售價大幅下降。和2011年、2012年相比較，該公司今年產品價格平均下降大約30%以上，觸摸屏模組和觸摸面板銷售收入大幅下降，導致增收不增利。上游觸控器件廠商尚且如此，中游觸控模組日子就更不好過了。宇順電子 2012年出現虧損，而今年前三季度仍深陷虧損泥淖中，蓋板玻璃生產商星星科技今年前三季度也出現一定程度的虧損。上市觸控廠商中，背靠三星、聯想等大客戶的歐菲光業績相對要好些，而超聲電子有印刷電路板業務的補充，業績也相對靚麗。“前幾年，蘋果手機引領了電容屏風潮，國內3G牌照一發，智能手機爆發增長，觸摸屏迎來春天。”一位觸摸屏廠商高管表示，國內企業前幾年業績比較好看，主要得益于下游消費電子，尤其是智能手機的爆發式增長。“在中國的市場環境下，只要有利可圖，大家就都往裡面扎。”李紹宗說，一開始大家關注，慢慢就有人會做了。因為觸摸屏本身除了資金門檻之外，技術門檻不是絕對的門檻，這幾年無論是台灣企業還是大陸企業，很多進入這個行業。而國內企業，在競爭中比較無序。盡管頂著高科技股的光環，但作為製造業企業仍不免要受制于人。長信科技就道出了個中的殘酷：“作為高度定制化產品，每一款產品生命周期都非常短，這就要求生產商有足夠快的爬坡速度，在出貨量最集中的前三個月內就能迅速將良品率提高到非常高的水平，才能達到經濟效益。”一位券商電子行業分析師表示，下游電子產品行業具有更新升級快、成熟產品價格下降快的雙重特點。隨著下游產品的價格下降，客戶會要求供應商降低價格，並逐級向產業鏈上游傳遞。更有甚者，現在手機整機廠商要求觸摸屏模組廠商將觸摸屏和LCD屏（液晶顯示屏）貼合後再出貨，而LCD的價格是觸摸屏的兩倍，這對於觸摸屏模組廠商而言，無疑加大了負擔，對於觸摸屏廠商來說，快速提自存倉良品率就顯得尤為重要。基於這些原因，產業鏈一體化的觸摸屏廠商更能抵抗風險。這樣的背景下，上游觸控元器件廠商想要向下游業務延伸，中游模組要向上游業務拓展，造成“上壓下擠”的局面，市場競爭尤為激烈，產品價格暴跌。“競爭的結果就是兩敗俱傷。”一家觸摸屏上游廠商的高管認為，解決行業無序競爭最佳出路是行業垂直整合，而不是相互搶地盤拼命擴產能。中大尺寸成必爭之地一邊是競爭激烈，毛利下降；一邊卻還爭先恐後擴張產能——上市觸控廠商面臨著糾結的軍備競賽。在未來一兩年內隨著這些新生產線量產，巨大產能又將如何釋放？微軟和intel（英特爾）聯手推出超級本給觸摸屏廠商新的曙光。2012 年，Window8系統的推出將觸控式交互引入到個人電腦領域，為觸摸屏行業開拓了新的市場需求。台灣宸鴻（TPK）、勝華及錸寶等觸控模組廠均已紛紛加碼擴產，投建大尺寸（10.1英寸以上）觸摸屏生產線。借殼聯合化工的合力泰認為，由於大尺寸觸摸屏的價格為中小尺寸的數倍，即使大尺寸觸摸屏出貨量占比較小，其仍有較大的市場空間。因此，大尺寸觸摸屏的快速普及將為行業帶來新的快速增長點。縱觀各個上市公司新投資的項目不難發現，和以往不同，募投項目中觸摸屏生產線都特意強調投產中大尺寸屏幕生產及前景。例如，歐菲光近期推出40億元融資的定增方案中，其中8億元用于投建中大尺寸電容屏擴產。萊寶高科投建的重慶基地也用于生產中大尺寸的觸摸屏，公司在深圳光明生產基地還自主投建光明二期，在原有的生產線基礎上改造完成，也用于OGS（一體化電容式觸摸屏）生產。董秘杜小華告訴記者，光明二期生產線觸摸屏代數低，用于生產大尺寸屏幕仍顯得不足，一個突出的矛盾是良品率低。“比如10吋的屏，低代線一次就生產出一片，高代線至少可以切出三片來。”杜小華一邊比劃一邊說道：“同樣用于生產大尺寸屏幕，高代線可以切割出來的標準尺寸屏幕要比低代線多，良品率自然要高一些。”不過，觸摸屏隨產品尺寸增大，會出現觸控技術瓶頸和壁壘。如觸控屏幕大尺寸化，受到線性準確度更嚴格的要求；隨著尺寸的增大，對觸控IC的處理能力，雜散電容、抗干擾能力有更高的要求，也是開發大尺寸產品的關鍵。當觸摸屏越大，線路相對複雜，對生產的設備精度、生產環境提出更高要求，而設備和車間都需要充足的資金保障。除此之外，技術路線也是當前觸摸屏廠商所關注的問題。電容式觸摸屏發展早期，市場主要為玻璃結構和膜結構兩大產品陣營，前者以萊寶高科為代表，後者以歐菲光為代表。傳統的電容式觸摸屏是將蓋板玻璃和傳感層組裝在一起制成，然後將觸摸屏和液晶顯示屏組合在一起實現觸控和顯示功能。近年來，觸摸屏行業的新技術開始向兩個方向發展，一類是將觸摸屏傳感層和蓋板玻璃集成的OGS技術，此方案主要由觸摸屏廠商推動。另一類是將傳感層與顯示屏集成的內嵌式方案，有蘋果陣營主推的In-Cell技術和三星主導的On-Cell技術。國內多數觸摸屏起步之時參考了當時台資龍頭企業宸鴻的模式，只從事單段生產，這就造成當前國內廠商沒有顯示屏或者極少顯示屏的產能，國內大型的平板顯示廠商卻很少真正涉足觸摸屏領域。因而，內嵌式方案的技術路線在大陸缺失，大多數觸摸屏廠商一窩蜂都投建OGS產能。“這無疑是有風險的，若技術路徑選擇正確，則國內企業普天同慶，但又將很快陷入惡性競爭之中，如果未來技術發展拋棄了OGS，那麼國內企業巨量投資可能成為包袱。”有業內人士擔憂。不過，也有上市公司另辟蹊徑。例如，歐菲光就選擇了自身擅長的膜技術，自主開發出納米銀觸摸屏技術。而借殼聯合化工的合力泰也正在研究石墨烯觸摸屏技術。這兩種技術均放棄了ITO（氧化銦錫）導電膜作為關鍵器件，採用了替代材料，可以部分避免因金屬銦價格波動造成的成本負擔。技術更新換代快，也使得行業的領頭羊經常易主。最近消息稱，昔日觸摸屏行業老大台灣宸鴻（TPK）已經關閉其在台灣新竹的部分生產線。歐菲光證券事務代表程曉黎告訴記者：“盡管歐菲光銷售額沒有TPK高，但公司目前出貨量絕對超過TPK。”未來，超級本大尺寸觸摸屏的大市場鹿死誰手，還有待市場驗證。一個不可否認的事實是，中國已成全球觸摸屏生產基地。５代以上觸摸屏生產線產能公司 世代 技術 規劃月產能 投產時間 備注和鑫 ５ ＯＧＳ １０萬片 已投產中華映管 ６ ＧＧ ０．８萬片 已投產長信科技 ５ ＧＧ ２萬片 已投產 ２０１２年１０月由原ＣＦ線轉化ＴＰＫ ５．５ ＯＧＳ ８萬片 今年四季度 自用萊寶高科 ５ ＯＧＳ １０萬片 今年８至１０月 ８月份可達５萬片╱月，年底達１０萬片╱月注：５代線尺寸規格為１１００×１３００ｍｍ；６代線尺寸規格為１５００×１８５０ｍｍＡ股主要觸摸屏上市公司業績一覽證券代碼 證券簡稱 2012年淨利潤(億元) 2012年淨利同比增幅 今年前三季淨利潤(億元) 今年全年業績預測 ０００８２３．ＳＺ 超聲電子 １．８７ ２．９０％ ０．８８００２１０６．ＳＺ 萊寶高科 １．４１ －６９．３３％ ０．４５ 淨利潤約４２２７．８３萬元∼８４５５．６７萬元，下降４０％∼７０％００２２８８．ＳＺ 超華科技 ０．４３ ３０．９６％ ０．３４ 淨利潤約４３３１．４４萬元∼５６３０．８７萬元，增長０％∼３０％００２２８９．ＳＺ 宇順電子 －１．２５ －７００．９３％ －０．０４ 淨利潤約５００萬元∼１０００萬元００２４５６．ＳＺ 歐菲光 ３．２１ １４５０．４１％ ３．７７ 淨利潤約５５０００萬元∼６００００萬元，增長７１％∼８７％３０００３２．ＳＺ 金龍機電 ０．２９ －２９．８３％ ０．２６３０００８８．ＳＺ 長信科技 ２．０４ ３３．４６％ ２．１６３００２５６．ＳＺ 星星科技 ０．０８ ８６．６５％ －０．５７ 淨利潤約－６５００萬元∼－６０００萬元，下降８８１．８３％∼９４６．９８％資料來源：公司公告、天風證券研究所 周少傑/制表 張常春/製圖迷你倉

為協助銀行業者爭取電子商務新商機，儲存金管會、中央銀行已加速研擬兩岸跨境金流業務的開放，預估最快明年農曆年前定案，屆時台灣消費者即可直接使用新台幣付款，購買淘寶網商品。目前對跨境金流態度最積極的銀行業者，一是民營的玉山銀，二為公股背景的一銀，巧合的是，兩家銀行的董事長曾國烈、蔡慶年，都是出身金融局的高層官員。目前玉山銀及一銀已分別與大陸的前二大第三方支付業者—支付寶、財付通進行合作，但只有讓大陸消費者透過網購，購買台灣的商品；至於另一個方向的行為，即台灣消費者利用淘寶網購買大陸商品的交易，目前台灣消費者仍只能利用信用卡或開設支付寶帳戶才能購買，手續繁雜。為此，銀行業者積極向主管機關溝通，希望能開放國銀擔任代收代付行，處理台灣消費者購買淘寶網上商品的支付行為，達成mini storage雙向開放」的目標。據了解，金管會對此持正面看法，但因涉及新台幣、人民幣的換匯問題，因此也要通過央行審核，按目前進度預估，台灣消費者可直接使用國銀帳戶，以匯款方式購買淘寶網商品，最快明年農曆年前實現。銀行高層表示，此案通過後，台灣消費者可利用廣布在各地的ATM，將購物款項以新台幣匯至通過審核的國銀，和現有國內的網購模式一樣簡便。由於有國銀擔任代收代付行，商品交易的後續處理，例如退換商品等，將更有保障，而銀行原先支付給國際信用卡組織的手續費，也可收回。資策會統計，2015年台灣電子商務產值將超過兆元；曾任金管會委員的交大財金系教授葉銀華日前在金融研訓院座談會上指出，電子金融是台灣經濟發展的另一個重點方向，長期來看一定要走向跨境金融服務，政府應在此方面有更多的作為。self storage
