He was ordered to be held in the Lucas County jail in lieu of $50,000.Police allege that Mr. Napier robbed Key Bank, 245 N. Superio自存倉 St., on Friday. A bank customer followed Mr. Napier after the robbery and pointed Toledo police to the TARTA bus that the suspect had boarded.
