Source: Chicago TribuneAug.迷你倉出租 29--In the aftermath of the fatal bombing at last April's Boston Marathon, the Bank of America Chicago Marathon has tightened security measures in several areas for the Oct. 13 race.--Individuals (both runners and spectators) will go through a bag screening at checkpoints off Michigan Avenue before entering Grant Park.--General, non-ticketed spectators will not be able to access Grant Park until 9 a.m. (90 minutes after the official start) and are "strongly discouraged" from bringing bags into Grant Park.--Runners leaving gear at the race's gear check tents must put it in a clear plastic bag issued by the marathon.--Runners must pick up the迷你倉r own participant packets before the race. The marathon will no longer allow anyone to pick up a packet on behalf of someone else.Chicago Marathon spokesman Jeremy Borling said the new measures were developed in conjunction with the city's Office of Emergency Management & Communications.
