Source: Tulsa World, Okla.自存倉July 25--Plans for another develpment within the Brady District have been announced, one that could combine a hotel, retail and entertainment space, office areas, underground parking and a rooftop bar.Real estate developers Will Wilkins and Cecilia Wilkins announced the yet-unnamed development Thursday after reaching a redevelopment agreement with the Tulsa Development Authority.Under the agreement, the developers have agreed to purchase and redevelop the property between Archer and Brady Streets just west of Elgin Avenue current迷你倉新蒲崗y owned by the TDA.The Wilkins are currently negotiating with two national hotel chains for 90 to 110 rooms on two floors of the four to five-story structure that will be built.Current plans are for 16,000 square feet of space for retail, restaurant or entertainment venues, and 27,000 square feet of commercial office space.The developers noted they'll have detailed designs released in the coming months.Copyright: ___ (c)2013 Tulsa World (Tulsa, Okla.)
